铝与阿尔兹海默病关系的研究进展

Research Progress on Association between Aluminum and Alzheimer's Disease

  • 摘要: 阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)是由多种因素诱导的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,一般认为AD是基因与环境共同作用的结果。铝元素作为AD的环境高危因子,越来越受到人们的重视。本文就铝与AD特征性病变的老年斑、神经原纤维缠结、神经细胞丢失的关系以及铝与脂质过氧化、神经递质异常传递等几个方面对铝元素诱导AD的机制作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a central nervous system degenerative disease induced by multiple factors, which is generally believed to be the result of genetic and environmental interaction. As an environmental high risk factor of AD, aluminum element receives more and more attention. This current paper reviewed the roles of aluminum in the mechanism of inducing AD with regard to the characteristic lesions of AD (such as senile plaques, neurofibrillary tangles, and nerve cell loss), lipid peroxidation, and abnormal transmission of neurotransmitters.
