植物雌激素对环境内分泌干扰物致机体毒性的干预研究

Intervening effects of phytoestrogen on toxicity induced by environmental endocrine disruptors: a review

  • 摘要: 大量实验和流行病学调查证明:环境内分泌干扰物(environmental endocrine disruptors,EEDs)可对生物体的内分泌、神经、泌尿、生殖、免疫系统产生一定的影响。而天然植物雌激素对EEDs的干预作用一直是EEDs干预研究的热点。本文在简述EEDs毒性作用的基础上,综述了不同结构的天然植物雌激素对EEDs的保护作用以及植物雌激素的保护作用机制,并分析了植物雌激素的毒副作用,以期为EEDs诱发疾病的预防以及日常饮食保健提供参考。

     

    Abstract: A large number of experimental and epidemiological investigations show that environmental endocrine disruptors (EEDs) could pose effects on organism's endocrine, nervous, urinary, reproductive, and immune systems. The research on intervention against EEDs by phytoestrogens has become a new academic hotspot. In this review, the protective effects and related mechanism of phytoestrogens on the toxicity of EEDs and the toxicity of phytoestrogens were summarized, in order to provide reference for the prevention of diseases induced by EEDs and daily diet health.
