药物及个人护理品对鱼类毒性的研究进展

Research advance on toxicity of pharmaceuticals and personal care products on fish

  • 摘要: 由于残存在水环境中的药物及个人护理品(PPCPs)具有较高水平的检出率以及复杂的生物活性,有关其可能对水中非靶生物产生潜在毒性效应及其机制的研究日益受到广泛关注。而鱼类作为地表水生态系统中最主要的脊椎动物,具有重要的环境指示作用。本文在概述了PPCPs的一般情况后,重点介绍并分析了此类化合物对鱼类的毒性作用影响,包括急性毒性与胚胎发育毒性、氧化应激与遗传毒性、内分泌干扰与生殖毒性、心脏毒性及联合毒性等,旨在为全面、系统地研究PPCPs的生物学效应及作用机制提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Due to the high detection rates and complex biological activities of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in water environment, many studies have assessed the potential toxic effects and underlying biological mechanisms of PPCPs on nontarget organisms. Fish, as a main vertebrate in surface water ecosystem, plays an important role in indicating environmental changes. This paper summarized general information of PPCPs and focused on their toxic effects on fish, including acute toxicity, embryo developmental toxicity, oxidative stress, genotoxicity, endocrine disrupting effects, reproductive toxicity, cardiac toxicity, and joint toxicity, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further study on the biological effects and mechanisms of PPCPs.
