镉致肾损伤机制的研究进展

Research progress on renal injury induced by cadmium

  • 摘要: 重金属镉在环境中的危害越来越受到人们的关注。本文综述了镉致肾损伤的组织病理学和早期临床检测指标的变化,以及镉损伤肾脏的可能作用机制,如氧化应激、细胞凋亡、钙平衡失调、自噬及影响DNA甲基化等,为研究镉的肾毒性提供一定的科学依据。

     

    Abstract: The harm of cadmium in environment has drawn increasing attention. This paper reviewed the changes of tissue pathological presentations and early clinical indicators of renal injury induced by cadmium, as well as potential mechanisms of its toxic actions, such as oxidative stress, apoptosis, calcium homeostasis, autophagy, and DNA methylation, aiming to provide scientific evidence for studying nephrotoxicity of cadmium.
