三氯乙烯的致癌性

Carcinogenicity of trichloroethylene

  • 摘要: 三氯乙烯是一种广泛使用的工业溶剂和常见的环境污染物。动物实验发现三氯乙烯可引起小鼠肝癌和大鼠肾癌,流行病学研究也表明三氯乙烯暴露与包括肝癌和肾癌在内的多种癌症具有相关性。2012年,国际癌症研究机构根据三氯乙烯对肾癌的明确作用将其列为I类致癌物,但三氯乙烯对肝癌的影响以及其致肝癌和肾癌的分子机理仍不清楚。本综述结合文献复习和本实验室工作,从流行病学研究、动物实验以及分子机制等方面探讨三氯乙烯致肾癌和肝癌的进展。

     

    Abstract: Trichloroethylene is a widely used industrial solvent and a common environmental contaminant. In animal experiments, trichloroethylene is found to cause liver cancer in mice and kidney cancer in rats. Epidemiological studies show associations of trichloroethylene exposure with a variety of cancers, including liver and kidney cancers. In 2012, trichloroethylene was classified as Group I, a known human carcinogen, by IARC based on its well-documented effects on kidney cancer, but the effects of trichloroethylene on liver cancer and the molecular mechanism of trichloroethylene carcinogenesis remained unclear. This article reviewed the latest research advances and our laboratory work, and discussed the effects of trichloroethylene on kidney and liver cancers in terms of epidemiological studies, animal experiments, and molecular mechanisms.
