C反应蛋白在PM2.5健康效应中的作用及其机制研究进展

Research progress on role of C-reactive protein in health effect of PM2.5 and its mechanism

  • 摘要:

    空气细颗粒物(PM2.5)污染已成为影响人体健康的重要因素,其对各系统健康影响的研究越来越受到关注。对动物、一般人群及职业人群的研究均发现,PM2.5可显著影响C反应蛋白的水平,其机制包括直接促炎作用、间接全身反应,以及通过自主神经介导和表观遗传学来调控细胞因子和炎性介质。C反应蛋白作为PM2.5炎症反应机制中的关键指标,可有效反映呼吸系统、循环系统等多系统炎性损害。本文综述了C反应蛋白在PM2.5对各系统健康影响及其机制中的作用。

     

    Abstract:

    Air fine particulate matter(PM2.5) pollution has become an important factor affecting human health, and increasing atenton has been paid to the health of multple systems. Studies on animals, general populaton, and occupatonal populaton have found that PM2.5 signifcantly affects C-reactve protein levels by mechanisms including direct pro-inflammatory effect, indirect systemic response, and autonomic and epigenetic regulation of cytokines and inflammatory mediators. C-reactve protein, as a key indicator in the mechanism of PM2.5 induced inflammatory response, can effectively reflect the inflammatory damage of respiratory system, circulatory system, and other systems. This paper reviewed the role of C-reactve protein in the effect of PM2.5 on the health of various systems and its mechanism.
