Individual doses of radiological workers in public medical institutions in Minhang District of Shanghai from 2016 to 2019

  • 摘要: 背景

    放射工作人员的个人剂量监测作为放射防护监管的重要内容,其监测情况有助于分析工作状态的个人防护状况,并为今后的防护工作的完善提供依据。

    目的

    全面了解上海市闵行区公立医疗机构放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平,并分析不同年份、不同工种放射工作人员个人剂量的变化情况。

    方法

    依据GBZ 128—2019《职业性外照射个人监测规范》,采用热释光剂量仪监测闵行区公立医疗机构放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平,工种涉及放射诊断学、牙科放射学、核医学、放射治疗和介入放射学。对2016—2019年度的个人剂量监测情况进行统计分析,根据工种和年份等计算人均年有效剂量和年集体有效剂量,并与国家标准进行对比。

    结果

    2016—2019年上海市闵行区公立医疗机构的放射工作人员的个人剂量均未超过20 mSv,监测总人数逐年增加,累计2 496人。闵行区不同年份或不同工种放射工作人员的人均有效剂量差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。2016—2019年人均年有效剂量中位数分别为0.07、0.23、0.13、0.25 mSv·a-1,年集体有效剂量分别为122.34、208.92、152.74、209.94人·mSv。核医学放射工作人员人均年有效剂量(0.38mSv)明显高于其他工种的放射工作人员。

    结论

    闵行区公立医疗机构放射工作人员职业性外照射人均年有效剂量未见超标现象,放射工作环境相对稳定,放射防护管理情况总体较好。

     

    Abstract: Background

    As an important part of radiation protection supervision, the individual dose monitoring of radiation workers is helpful to analyze personal protection level at work and provide a basis for the improvement of future protective work.

    Objective

    This study is conducted to provide an overall understanding of individual radiation doses of radiation workers of public medical institutions in Minhang District of Shanghai, and analyze the changes of individual dose over time and among different job categories.

    Methods

    Under the regulation of Specifications for individual monitoring of occupational external exposure (GBZ 128-2019), individual radiation doses were monitored with thermoluminescent dosimeters for radiological workers of public medical institutions in Minhang District, involving diagnostic radiology, dental radiology, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, and interventional radiology. The monitoring results of individual dose in 2016-2019 were analyzed. The annual effective dose per capita and the annual collective effective dose were calculated according to the type of work and monitoring year, and then compared with the national standard.

    Results

    The individual dose of radiation workers in public medical institutions in Minhang District of Shanghai did not exceed 20 mSv, and the number of monitored individuals increased year by year, with a total number of 2 496 during the studied period. There were significant differences in the annual effective dose of radiation workers across different types of work or different monitoring years (P < 0.05). The median annual effective doses per capita from 2016 to 2019 were 0.07, 0.23, 0.13, and 0.25 mSv·a-1, respectively; the annual collective effective doses were 122.34, 208.92, 152.74, and 209.94 person·mSv, respectively. The annual effective dose per capita of nuclear medicine workers (0.38mSv) was significantly higher than that of workers in other categories.

    Conclusion

    The average annual effective dose of radiation workers in public medical institutions in Minhang District of Shanghai is within the national standard limit, indicating a stable radiation working environment and a general high management level of radiation protection.
