Effects of Sulfte on Immune Indices in Mice

  • 摘要: 目的 研究亚硫酸盐对昆明种小鼠免疫系统的影响, 为其合理使用提供依据。

    方法 实验动物随机分成高、中、低剂量组和对照组, 采用经口灌胃染毒, 剂量分别为 30.00、14.49、7.00 mg/kg体重, 每天染毒 1次, 对照组灌等体积生理盐水, 连续 14 d。末次染毒后取材测定其血液碳粒廓清指数、吞噬指数、胸腺指数、脾脏指数, 制作胸腺、脾脏组织结构石蜡切片图, 进行病理观察。

    结果 与对照组相比, 高、中剂量组的碳粒廓清指数、吞噬指数明显降低(P < 0.05)。胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P < 0.05),低剂量组与对照组之间无明显差异。

    结论 亚硫酸钠对小鼠免疫系统有一定抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To research the effects of sulfite on immunologic system in Kunming mice.

    Methods The experiment animals were divided randomly into 4 groups:high dose group, medium dose group, low dose group and the control group. Each test group was conducted by gavage with sodium sulfite every day for 14 d and the control group was treated with physiological saline in the same volume as the exposure groups. The doses of sulfite for the 3 exposure groups were 30.00, 14.49 and 7.00 mg/kg body weight separately. Then all mice were sacrificed, the index of blood carbon expurgation, the index of thymus and the index of spleen were detected. Thymus and spleen sliced specimens were prepared for pathological observation.

    Results It showed great difference in the index of carbon particle expurgation between the high, medium exposure groups and the control group (P < 0.08), but there was little difference between the low dose group and the control group. The index of thymus/spleen of high and middle dose groups also showed high significant difference than the control group (P < 0.05), but there was little difference between the low dose group and the control group.

    Conclusion Sodium sulfite has an inhibiting effect on immunologic system in mice.
