高效液相色谱法测定黄瓜中嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉农药残留

Determination of Residues of Pesticides Pyrimethanil and Dimethomorph in Cucumber by Highperformance Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的 研究黄瓜中嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉残留量的检测方法。

    方法 采用乙腈提取黄瓜中的嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉农药残留,氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱进行柱净化,高效液相色谱可变波长紫外检测器(260 nm)进行测定。

    结果 嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉回收率分别为97.74%~102.83%和83.21%~103.74%,相对标准偏差均<5%,最低检出限分别为0.008 mg/kg和0.014 mg/kg。

    结论 该方法简单、快捷、灵敏,适合于黄瓜中嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉残留量的测定。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the determination method of pesticides residue of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph in cucumber.

    Methods The pesticide residues in cucumber were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with florsil SolidPhase Extraction(SPE) column. The analytes were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) equipped with Variable Wavelength Detector(VWD) at 260 nm wavelength.

    Results The average recoveries of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph ranged 97.74%-102.83% and 83.21%-103.74%, separately. The relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The limits of detection of them were 0.008 mg/kg and 0.014 mg/kg respectively.

    Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, it can be used to determine pyrimethanil and dimethomorph residues in cucumber.
