生物样品中百草枯检测方法研究进展

Progress in Determination Method of Paraquat in Biological Samples

  • 摘要: 百草枯(paraquat,PQ)作为性能优异的除草剂,在全球特别是发展中国家被广泛使用。然而由于其易获得、人口服致死率高等特点使近年来百草枯中毒报道屡见不鲜,其检测方法的研究已引起关注。本文综述报道2002年以来,国内外生物检材中百草枯的样品采集与保存方法、预处理技术及检测方法研究进展(引用文献21篇)。

     

    Abstract: Paraquat used widely as a potent herbicide is easily access and poisonous, and the reports of paraquat intoxication were seen repeatedly. Detection of paraquat in biological samples including techniques of extraction and cleaning-up and methods of determination were reviewed from literature after 2002.
