Abstract: It summarized the characteristics of common occupational diseases, occupational injuries, as well as the current situation of occupational health and safety between domestic and international migrant workers according to the international experience and the actual situation in our country. Various preventive measures were proposed, such as the establishment of occupational health and safety system, improving migrant workers' quality and safety awareness, and promoting their employment environment from important aspects of technology, education and supervision. It provides the scientific basis to protect the health of migrant workers.
