Determination of Ammonium Nitrogen in Medical Organization Sewage by On-line Dialysis with Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的 建立一种简便、快速分析医疗机构污水中铵氮的离子色谱测定方法。

    方法 取一定量的水样用超纯水稀释定容后, 通过在线渗析技术对试样溶液进行前处理并直接进行分析。

    结果 铵氮在 0.20~20 mg/L内具有良好的线性, 相关系数(r)> 0.999 9, 方法的检出限 NH4+-N为 0.018 mg/L, 相对标准偏差(RSD)< 3.0%, 加标回收率为96.2%~100.1%。

    结论 在线渗析的前处理方法能有效去除复杂水样中的有机等干扰物, 较好地净化试样溶液, 该方法用于医疗机构污水中铵氮测定, 快速简便, 结果令人满意。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the simple and rapid analysis of ammonium nitrogen in medical organization sewage.

    Methods After a certain amount of samples diluted to volume with ultrapure water, on-line dialysis was developed for the solution pretreatment.

    Results The linear range of this method was 0.20-20 mg/L with the correlation coefficient r > 0.999 9. The detection limit of NH4+-N was 0.018 mg/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3.0%, and the recovery was between 96.2% and 100.1%.

    Conclusion The on-line dialysis pretreatment can effectively eliminate organic and other interfering substances to purify the samples. It is a quick and simple method to determine the ammonium nitrogen in medical organization sewage.
