延安市高中生网络成瘾的心理状况分析

Mental Health Status of High School Students with Internet Addiction Disorder in Yan'an

  • 摘要: 目的 了解延安市中学生网络成瘾的心理健康状况,并为心理干预提供依据。

    方法 采用分层抽样方法抽取某中学750 名高中生为调查对象,进行Young 网络成瘾量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查评估。

    结果 调查对象网络成瘾人数为230 人(32.49%),男生和女生间差异无统计学意义;网络成瘾者SCL-90 的各因子均分均高于正常使用网络者(t=3.14~4.47,P<0.01),阳性检出率为37.39%~72.17%,中度程度(≥ 3)检出率为6.09%~21.74%,均高于正常使用网络者(χ2=3.93~38.47,P<0.05)。网络成瘾者的SAS 得分高出正常使用网络者近5 分,阳性检出率、中度、重度焦虑检出率均高于正常使用者。网络成瘾者的SDS 得分高于正常使用网络者,阳性检出率及重度抑郁检出率均高于正常使用网络者。

    结论 高中生网络成瘾者心理健康水平低于正常使用网络者,杜绝网络成瘾,需要学生自己、家庭、学校、社会的共同努力和支持。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the mental health status of Yan'an high school students with internet addition disorder (IAD), and to provide basis for psychological intervention.

    Methods A psychological assessment was carried out with Young's Internet Addiction Scale, Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) among 750 students selected from a high school by stratified and cluster sampling.

    Results The IAD prevalence rate of the students was 32.49%, and no significant differences were found between boys and girls. All the average scores of SCL-90 factors were higher in the IAD students than the normal ones (t=3.14-4.47, P<0.01); the detection rates of IAD were in the range of 37.39%-72.17%; the detection rates of factor scores ≥ 3 were in the range of 6.09%-21.74%; all these detection rates were higher than those of normal ones (χ2=3.93-38.47, P<0.05). The SAS score was higher in the IAD students than in the normal ones by nearly 5 points, and both the detection rates of IAD and medium and severe depression were higher in the IAD students. The same results were shown in SDS survey.

    Conclusion The mental health level is lower among IAD students than normal ones. Therefore, joint effort and support from the students themselves, family, school, and society are needed for IAD intervention.
