孕鼠1800 MHz电磁波暴露对子代海马细胞凋亡的影响

Effects of Prenatal Exposure to 1 800 MHz Electromagnetic Waves on Apoptosis in Hippocampus of Offspring Rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨孕期暴露1800 MHz电磁波对子代大鼠海马细胞凋亡的影响。

    方法 以7周龄无特定病原体(SPF)级SD大鼠24只(雌鼠16只、雄鼠8只),雌雄2:1合笼。孕鼠随机分为0.5mW/cm2暴露组、对照1组; 1.0mW/cm2暴露组、对照2组;暴露组采用1800 MHz射频电磁波对大鼠于孕第0~20天进行连续21 d全身暴露,每天12 h,功率密度分别为0.5 mW/cm2和1.0 mW/cm2。各组于出生后第3周和第7周时,分别随机抽取8只仔鼠(雌雄各半)测定其海马细胞凋亡率。

    结果 孕期暴露于密度为1800 MHz 0.5 mW/cm2的电磁波, 3周龄仔鼠海马细胞凋亡率显著高于两对照组和1.0 mW/cm2暴露组(P<0.05), 1.0 mW/cm2暴露组海马细胞凋亡率与两个对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 7周龄仔鼠海马细胞凋亡率, 0.5 mW/cm2和1.0 mW/cm2组均高于两个对照组(P>0.05),两个对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

    结论 大鼠孕期暴露于1800 MHz功率密度为0.5 mW/cm2和1.0 mW/cm2的电磁波可致发育期和成年期子代大鼠海马细胞凋亡率升高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effects of prenatal exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic waves (EMWs) on apoptosis in hippocampus of offspring rats.

    Methods Twenty-four SPF graded SD rats (male-female ratio, 1:2) at age of 7 weeks old were randomly divided into paired groups:EMWs exposure group at 0.5 mW/cm2 and paired with control 1 group; EMWs exposure group at 1.0 mW/cm2 and paired with control 2 group. The pregnant rats in the exposure groups were respectively and continuously irra diated with 1 800 MHz EMWs at a power density of 0.5 mW/cm2 or 1.0 mW/cm2 for 12 hours per day from day 0 to day 20 of pregnancy. Then 8 offspring rats (male-female ratio, 1:1) were selected from each group at 3 and 7 weeks of age respectively to detect apoptosis rate in hippocampus.

    Results The prenatal exposure to 0.5 mW/cm2 EMWs obviously increased apoptosis in hippocampus in the offspring rats at 3 weeks of age compared with the control groups and the 1.0 mW/cm2 group (P>0.05). The prenatal exposure to 0.5 mW/cm2 and 1.0 mW/cm2 EMWs remarkably increased apoptosis in hippocampus in the offspring rats at 7 weeks of age (P>0.05).

    Conclusion Prenatal exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic waves at power density of 0.5 mW/cm2 and 1.0 mW/cm2 may increase apoptosis in hippocampus in young and adult offspring rats.
