护理工作环境对重症监护病房护士共情能力的影响

目的 了解重症监护病房(ICU)护理工作环境对护士共情能力的影响,为提高重症监护病房护士共情能力提供依据。 方法 采用护理工作环境量表(PES)和杰弗逊共情量表(JES-HP)对152名ICU护士进行问卷调查。 结果 重症监护病房护理工作环境总均分为(91.27& #177;6.21)分,共情能力得分为(113.16& #177;14.53)分。ICU护理工作环境与护士共情能力呈正相关(P>0.01)。 结论 影响ICU护士共情能力的因素是多方面的,个人和环境因素主要是护龄、学历、高质量护理服务的基础、护理管理者的能力及领导方式、医护合作、充足的人力和物力。护理管理者应采取有效措施积极改善ICU护理工作环境,提高护士个人综合素质,以提高ICU护士的共情能力。 Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of work environment on empathy ability of ICU (intensive care unit) nurses and provide reference to improve empathy ability of ICU nurses. Methods One hundred and fifty-two ICU nurses were in vestigated by use of Practice Environment Scale (PES) and Jefferson Scale of Empathy (JSE-HP). Results The mean score of work environment of ICU nurses was 91.27& #177;6.21. The mean score of empathy ability of ICU nurses was 113.16& #177;14.53. The nursing work environment score was positively correlated with the nurses' empathy ability score (P>0.01). Conclusion The in dividual education background, length of service, nursing foundation for quality of care, nursing manager ability, leadership and support of nurses, and nurse-physician relations, staffing and resource adequacy were the major personal and environmental factors which affected empathy ability of ICU nurses. It is suggested to enhance the empathy ability of ICU nurses by improving nursing work environment and their personal comprehensive abilities.
