线粒体DNA缺失作为辐射生物分子剂量计的研究现状

Research Progress on Radiation-Induced Deletion of Mitochondrial DNA as a Biological Molecular Dosimeter

  • 摘要: 辐射生物剂量计,在估算个体受照剂量中起着十分重要的作用。近年来,线粒体DNA片段缺失作为一种新的辐射生物分子剂量计的可行性研究,受到越来越多的关注。本文对线粒体DNA片段缺失尤其是线粒体4977bp 缺失的研究现状作一简要概述。

     

    Abstract: Radiation biological dosimeter plays an important role in estimating individual radiation dose. Recently, growing attention has been paid to the feasibility studies of mitochondrial DNA deletion as a new biological molecular dosimeter of radiation. This review summarized current research progress on mitochondrial DNA deletion, especially 4977bp deletion.
