尘肺病防治受到高度关注。迄今国内外均没有针对尘肺病纤维化有效的治疗药物和措施，对一个没有医疗终结的疾病的治疗应该有正确的认识。该共识指出尘肺病治疗的目标和原则，通过全面的健康管理，积极预防和治疗并发症、合并症，积极的康复治疗和训练，尘肺患者基本可以保持正常的生活质量和相对健全的社会活动能力。
Abstract: The prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis is highly concerned. So far, no effective medicine or measure to cure silicotic fibrosis backed by solid evidences is available both domestically and abroad. This situation calls for a rational understanding of the medical treatment strategy for a disease without curative endpoint. The consensus emphasized on the goals and principles of pneumoconiosis treatment. Pneumoconiosis patients could basically maintain an acceptable quality of life and capabilities in social activities through comprehensive health management, active prevention and control of complications and comorbidities, and positive rehabilitation.
