A Fatal Case of Severe Occupational Heat Stroke

A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data and the occupational diagnosis data of a fatal case with severe occupational heat stroke. The result indicated the employer's insufficient awareness of the hazards related to high temperature working environment and lack of corresponding preventive measures. Additionally, the local hospitals should improve the diagnosis skill and treatment of severe occupational heat stroke.
