Case Analysis on Pneumoconiosis Diagnosis and Appraisal of Work Injuries and Labor Capacity

This paper discussed the diagnosis and appraisal of work injuries and labor capacity for a pneumoconiosis case in order to examine the application of related laws. Irrational problems such as understanding deviation and managerial offside were identified in the implementation of related laws. Therefore, legislative authorities or relevant authorized agencies should make detailed judicial interpretations on appraisal of work injuries and labor capacity to ensure smooth actions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of concerned individuals and relevant stakeholders.
