Abstract
The First Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress declared the decision on integrating the responsibilities of occupational safety and health supervision and management of the State Administration of Work Safety and forming the National Health Committee. This paper explained the responsibility adjustment, analyzed the challenges and main problems facing the health sector, and proposed suggestions on merging supervision and technical support teams, improving institutions at all levels, innovating occupational health supervision concepts, ensuring common processes in place in transition period, etc.
