Thinking and Analysis of a Death Case Whose Relatives'Application for Diagnosis of Occupational Disease Rejected

  • Regularly, the application for a diagnosis of occupational disease will not be accepted if no occupational history recorded and no abnormal result of examination was found. This article gave an overview of such an application, which was applied by the family of a worker without direct contact of lead who died in the transfusion, thereby discovering that there were some problems existing in the process of application for diagnosis of occupational disease. Schemes to solve the problems were discussed.
